In a meeting hosted by The University of Tennessee’s Student Disability Services, Mark Rottero talked about Tennessee’s Vocational Rehabilitation Services. Rottero has worked for VR for the past 25 years and currently serves as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor field supervisor.

VR is a program under the Division of Rehabilitation Services within the Tennessee State Government. The organization provides services for people with disabilities and provides businesses with disability employment services.
