Students are strongly encouraged to submit their requests as early as possible, as it may take up to four weeks to obtain and prepare materials in alternate format.  Students may obtain information about course materials from their syllabi or by contacting instructors prior to the beginning of the semester if that information is not readily available on the UTK Bookstore website.

For each book, please complete all required fields on the online form.  This helps ensure the correct book is converted and delivered in a timely fashion.  Additionally, the publishers require SDS to secure a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase. You may email a copy of your receipt to altmedia@utk.edu or deliver it to 100 Dunford Hall.
